SW-TN has also facilitated a re-packaging (3 volumes in English and 4 volumes in Tamil) of THORAT COMMITTEE REPORT 2007 as well as the publication, in 2010, of the booklet, "Aanaalum Thamilnaattai Paaraattalaam" ("Tamilnadu can STILL be Praised"), dealing with the quantitative achievements but qualitative failures of the Tamilnadu Government in the sphere of dalit budgeting.
